Awesome video, Ana 😊 Some absolutely stunning plants there. Really is a shame a lot of Agave die after flowering. Good thing Haworthia don't do that haha. Thank you for sharing with us as always. Looking forward to part 2 😊 Have a wonderful day from Edith & myself 🌵☀️🌺🌼🌸🏜☕
Oh WOWSERS Ana Springs Preserve is INCREDIBLE what an AWESOME Desert Garden, and amazing tour of this stunning botanical garden of Desert plant Paradise, so many huge and very beautiful plants, and the big Cylindropuntia is WOW :-D WOW it must have been a dream to visit, and I so wish there were outdoor Desert gardens like this to visit here in Ireland and U.K, thanks so much Ana for filming your incredible visit and sharing with us so we can get to enjoy Las Vegas Springs Preserve too, absolutely LOVED watching so much and looking forward to Part Two, Sending you lots of love and happiness and CAFFEINE and PLANT POWER from Hans and me to Las Vegas for a brilliant Sunday XXXX
Great tour Ana!!! Love to go on these tours!!! Let's me get out a little!!! I'm surprised that some of those plants will grow there!!! Thanks for sharing Ana!!! From Morris Park in the Ozarks, out to Las Vegas, have a wonderful day!!! Peace, Love, Plants!!!✌️💖🌵🌷🌴🌸🌿🌻🍀🌾💐🌱🌹🌳🪴😃👍
Thank you for the tour. I wish I have a big space to put some of my cactus on ground especially some of my Agave so they could grow even bigger. Super love the giant Astrophytum ornatum and saguaros 🫶🏻.
I love that huge water holding structure that looks like a watering can! So creative! Also, I like that most of the cacti are labelled. That is a big job to do! Here at the Desert Botanical Garden some are labelled but many are not. I usually take a photo and then go on PlantNet to try to identify it! Thanks for this wonderful tour to see plants that grow in a very similar environment to our Sonoran Desert here in Phoenix! Wow, I just looked up Echinocactus polycephalus! The plants are SO expensive. They must be rare!
I think the polycephalus grows so slow. To get it to have such thick spines will take decades. That’s what makes it so expensive. I have not seen a small one for sale. They sell some rescued ones here sometimes but it goes for over $100!
Our beautiful Ceiba 8:55 We have some huge 🌳 here in P.R. The roots can grow very pronounced and as tall as me. Ceibas are very majestic trees.
You are lucky to see them there huge! They are so beautiful. They look like warrior trees to me.
@@CactusCaffeine sending you a pic of our 300 years old Ceiba
That is so nice!!!
Hey Ana ! Magnificent cactus garden 😎starting the day with a tour like this is the best thing you can have ! Thank you for showing us !! 🏜🌵🌴🌸
cheers! having coffee to this. thank you for the video. good morning to you.
Good morning! Enjoy! 😊
Thank you for this informative tour. I saw plants I’ve never seen before (some of them looked downright prehistoric). My favorite though was the section of cacti that were cross-pollinating and producing amazing hybrids. It makes me want to revisit our Phoenix Botanical Gardens.
Looking forward to part 2! Maybe a peek at the plant sale? 🤞
Glad you enjoyed it! It was a great teaching corner for hybridization. 🙂
❤❤❤ Sunday morning here in Virginia. I am drinking coffee and watching your awesome, wonderful video. Thank you so much and thank you to Stephanie for giving you a tour. I agree, that raised, circular cactus garden at the end of the video is special. I really enjoy your informative, relaxing and very beautiful videos.
Good morning and thank you for your watching with a cup of coffee! 😊☕️
I am a agave fan. Thank you for the tour.
Woah, you really wouldn't want a 12 foot baby now would you 😮😁 Excellent place Ana, I could spend all day in the Opuntia section 😎😎🌵🌵
I’m afraid I’m growing one in my backyard by accident. 🫣 I got it really small but it is growing up too fast
@@CactusCaffeine Tee hee 😁 I just potted up one that can grow to 60 feet 😮🌵
snagged a spineless prickly pear from their sale! Great videos!
Cool! 🙃 I didnt see that. Was it an unrooted pad?
I think that I will check this place out when I go to to LV this fall
Beautiful
