Virtual teams have as great an opportunity as anyone to do team building, so today I’m going to teach you some remote team building activities and virtual team icebreakers that you can introduce as remote work games. These online team building games are great team building activities for conference calls that I’ve used myself for some solid virtual team building.

I'm going to use Once Upon a Time at a meeting this week. I'm going to use breakout groups and then highlight each group on Zoom at the end so they can tell their story to the larger team. Thanks for a great idea!

Such important reminders to keep your teams getting to know each other! I was a remote onboarding coach for new employees and this is SOO important! Thanks for you ideas! We did the baby pictures at an inperson event when we got together...might even be fun to see who remembers when you get back to the office!
What a great idea to tie these back in to when everyone can get back to normal. 3 Truths and one lie would be a good one too. Working remotely can take a toll on some, especially if it’s new to them. Chandana, what was the best part? We're building our own team building events business and I'd love to hear what your team enjoyed about this.
@@julianerbil We did a similar one, two truths and a lie. It allowed people to get to know each other a little better as well as it provided a lot of laughter. It was surprising and hilarious what some people shared about themselves. We let people know about it ahead of time so they could plan on what they wanted to say.

I’ve learned over the years… one size all approach to project lead or leadership is not that great. But, we need to be adept at many styles yet not lock people into minimization blocks. It’s a balance.
When it comes to family and friends… helping and controlling… not the same things. But, the caring helps transcend and turn energy into more positive vibes

Always great tips Adriana ! Baby Pictures or high schools photos ! I think that there should be drinking games in the beginning--- who knows where that goes 😉. Or meetings in PJs could be fun too ! Breaks down barriers-- 3 truths could get dangerous !
Yes, 3 truths could get dangerous but not as dangerous as drinking games lol! However it definitely could be considered a "team bonding" activity :) Hope all is well, cheers!

Congrats Adrianna, wanted to know how did you hit 11k in just 6 months
Thanks. To answer your question....with hard work from me and my team, quality content (we could be a bit bias on this one 😉) lots of social media engagement and a little luck. We did find that once we hit 10k the algorithms from RUclips improved in our favour.
What I have learned from starting my channel is you need to have patience and you need to be posting consistently. Good Luck on your journey.
