I have a list of ideas for tutorials and sometimes I like to do one for no other reason than to see if I can and if it's possible. Today's tutorial is like that.
Whether you ever need it, or not, it's helpful to know what the Stage Screen can do.
Today, I'm pushing it to its limits with a layout that emulates what PowerPoint's presenter screen does.
Here's the good news. You can do almost everything that PowerPoint can do and in this tutorial ( • ProPresenter 7 Tutoria... ), I show you how.
Here's the bad news. You can do ALMOST everything that PowerPoint can do and in this tutorial( • ProPresenter 7 Tutoria... ), I show you what it can't do.
So, why would you want to do this? Well, in addition to it being a great exercise for learning the limits of the stage screen, it could provide a way for easing someone who is used to PowerPoint into Pro7. Maybe you have a pastor who is all in EXCEPT that he wants the presenter's screen. Maybe you've got a visiting speaker who says, "I need the presenter screen" after you've imported the PowerPoint into Pro7 instead.
