The video was shot out in front of Mann's Chinese Theatre on Hollywood Blvd. The guy's name is Christopher Dennis, a Superman fan who takes pics with the tourists for tips.
While the video purports that Superman is doing all the ass-kicking, I think you'll notice that he's just defending himself from some shit-faced tourists who are messing with "Superman". At the end of the video, he calls for Boulevard Security to come and help him as the situation is getting out of hand.
