I'm at Act 3 Cruel playing Minion Army Infernalist build and in Sandswept Marsh lowest fps I got was 90 fps for 1-2 seconds(DLSS4 - Quality).
When lots of spells are displayed, the 3080 gets bottleneck but with DLSS 4 you can set DLSS to "Balanced" and gain more fps, lowest fps I saw on balanced was 97 fps. Visual quality is the same as DLSS 3 Quality.
NOTE: You can enable DLSS 4 override in the Nvidia APP( Graphics - Program Settings - PoE2 - DLSS Override - Model Presets - select "Latest".
When I get to do engame i'll update info on fps or maybe i'll do a short video.

I haven't played in like 3 weeks, but it also happened to me like once every 2-4 hours and had to reset my pc (not everyday). Also game crashes without reseting my pc like 1-2 times every gaming session.

@zelatus you have any leads on what's causing it? Because either I have Windows scheduling issues, a faulty ram stick, or a faulty PSU

@@zelatus lol 9800x3D paired with a 4080suprer. The game has even caused a massive stutter issue after reset 3-5 actual seconds between frames and mouse input movement. Wouldn't go away after 2 power cycles. It's been hard to track because I'm suspecting everything now lol. Did I put enough thermal paste, did I get a shity CPU, was it the sticker that I peeled off on the m.2, is it the motherboard? Is the motherboard BIOS? All drivers in ships that are up-to-date. Bios out of beta phase too
