He spawned with automatically killed ender dragon = killing ender dragon will give you 64 levels

These kinds of videos are very satire, cheesy, or just very boring to watch. I feel like they only do it for the views. And wdym “ender crystals are useless for the run”? If you DID have time to craft one in a legit speed run (which you don’t) . It would make the run very easy.
