- Summer is here, and nothing like a glass of chilled lassi. Today, we’re making 5 easy yet super delicious and refreshing lassi flavors. Mango, Chocolate, Kacha Aam or Kairi, Tender Coconut and Pudina.

How to Make Lassi -
Ingredients:
Base - Dahi - 1 liter for 5 small glass
Sugar - ½ cup (more or less)
Chocolate lassi Chocolate melted with cream/milk
Chocolate - 40g
Cream / Milk - 2 tbsp
Nutella - 1 tbsp (optional)
Mint mirch lassi kala namak
Mint leaves - handful
Coriander Leaves - a little bit
Ginger - 1 inch
Black Salt - ½ tsp
Black Pepper - ¼ tsp
Cumin Powder - ½ tsp
Chat Masala - ½ tsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Kairi lassi with masalas
1 Kairi, boiled peeled and pulp will make 2 glass boiled, blended
Chat masala - ½ tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Pepper - ½ tsp
Black salt - ½ tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Tender coconut blended with lassi
Blended Tender coconut Malai
Mango chopped and grated
Grated Mango - 3-4 tbsp
Chopped to decorate (optional)

Hi.. can you please show a recipe of vegetarian one pot pasta
sir it is good to see I I'll make it ..
have 7 versions from my side
1) use jaggery or crushed gur (healthy sweet lassi)
2) use liquid cholocate n sugar blend in juicer (easier version of chocolate lassi)
3) use orange squash/rasna (for tangy flavor lassi)
4) use sattu/grinded roasted black chickpea (healthy east india lassi)
5) use mix of powdered zeera, ajwain, rock salt, black pepper, saunf (digestive lassi
6) use coconut milk (south indian lassi)
7) use date sugar/grind dried dates (healthy arabian lassi)

use couple of pieces of papita/papaya with lassi and blend to smoothie
Add spinach , kale to make to make a nice iron rich lassi 🥰
@@Honeybear0488 the taste will change drastically by spinach and with kale it will become bad version of usual banana shake
