I must have watched this 10 times but I can not clip the power box to the back of the holder. What is the trick? The handle on the power box does not fit on the top holder on the caddy. Any help would be appreicated!
Hold it so it is parallel to the ground and lower it down. That is how mine fits, but be careful around bumps as it is not very secure. I have learned that after doing this video as mine has fallen off a few times. Maytronics does have a few other styles and if you have those they fit in the lower part where I show the cord rolled up. That piece comes out and the power box sits in that spot and there's another part that attaches higher for the cord. Hope that helps.
I don't mostly because the outlet I plug it into would require me to drag the caddy through gravel. I don't like to do that so I just remove it to make it easier to set up. It looks like it is designed that you could leave it on if you wanted.
Did you have an issue with the 2 screws at the bottom of the handle. We could not get them to tighten up. The holes in the handle are huge and the are just hiked. Nothing to screw into.
The caddy does not have bluetooth or any electronics, it just hold your maytronics pool cleaner. Each pool cleaner is different when it comes to the controls.
Unfortunately, this video like those Maytronics features on its site is of no value if you need help assembling the product. The narrator shows the assembly of caddy in fast forward thus making this video pointless. Sorry, but what was the purpose of the video?

They should have made a handle and spook to wind up the cord without twisting it - like a mini hose reel.

I didn't, but it sounds like they might have machined the holes to large
So is there a way to lock the actual vacuum into the caddy because every time I go over a bump it wants to fall out
Sadly, no. I find if you tilt it back far enough it seems to be more stable....but you have to be careful with the power pack falling.
