    Hi sir read ur video can i ask if 10million of shares are issued when forming the company, when new investor come in in later stage will be issuing beyond the 10million share? Will it be better when forming the company for issuing 1million share instead of 10million?

      Depends on how much they invest, the more they invest, the more shares should be given

I wanted to ask a question, Is there a template and a way to give vested shares through online platforms? (like SAFE doc.) or Do I need to get a lawyer or accountant for this? I just do not know what is the easiest way to give shares from a c corp in Delaware?

    Gaaaahhh I need more lol, great content Caya as always, so when the founder left the company with say 15% shares, do they get the option to sell their share? Can they get a loan from a bank and use their share as from previous company as collateral?

    If 20% is worth $50,000 then how does 100% of the company calculated as $250,000??

      If x% of something is worth y. That means 100% of that "something" - the whole thing - is worth y*(100/x).

      Yes if 20% of something is 50K then 50K X 5 = 100% or 20% X 5 = 100%
