The quality is better because RUclips encodes at a higher bitrate in landscape mode than in portrait mode. For vertical viewing, recommend using a mobile or pivot monitor arm.
I’m using a Mac Monterey operating system with an Apple Pro Display XDR. The monitor automatically rotates the image when I turn my monitor 90 degrees to portrait mode… so the image always ends up sideways. The Monterey operating system does not have an option to manually rotate the image. I understand I can do it manually on my phone but was hoping to watch your videos on my computer :D

Love your vids. Will you ever start uploading them in portrait mode instead of landscape?
Landscape mode gives better quality ... portrait mode decreases quality .. that's what i heard from many fancam sites
