Defective Ortofon Concorde Stylus

Arrived yesterday and was looking forward to playing them after work. Unfortunately I started hearing surface noise and noticed that even on unwarped records the stylus plastic housing was dragging on the surface of the record.
All tone arm settings are correct and I tried it on different turntables, but it made no difference.
Seems the stylus arm has been installed incorrectly to the rubber suspension and it has caused it to track a lot lower than it should be.

It happened to me too, quietly replaced by the dealer ...

Still will only use ortofon Concords and I went through lots of needles over the years but this was a disappointing first lol.

Looks like the stylus suspension is doa....replaced stylus should fix it

This stylus is broken..It will destory your records if you proceed with playing records in this condition... Change the stylus ASAP..
