With the FFP challenge, doesn't make much sense for you to go and then spend those 200M.. The idea of that challenge is for you to clean up the debt.. those 200M shouldn't be available, makes everything much easier.
If you have the mods, can you do a PSG takeover but every loss you have you need to transfer your highest appearanced player to the club you lost to(only in ligue 1). It'll make winning anything tough, can make it harder by only being able to make 2 signings a year so 4-5 losses would mean you're worse off
