Yeah no thanks not as good as my hard target cause the sneak bonuses will overwhelming make the hard target better than mag sniper since mag is loud af and hard target isn’t. So I’ll take the lower base stats of hard target for the insanely higher damage with the stealth damage behind it
I dislike certain perks on weapons that are conditional. I find it a little ironic that you are showcasing the possibility of one-tapping enemies using a weapon with Handloading, a trait that can fail on occasion. So how do you know if you do not one-tap an enemy it was because the round failed?

Best gun on paper, but the hard target is just way more accurate, you don't even have to hold your breath.

I still prefer my Last Breath version of the Hard Target. Faster firing rate and no delay between pulling the trigger and the shot landing.

You don't have to charge the magsniper. The charge just gets you more range and damage.
The gun that I tried to point out when you were getting all excited about the other gun that's pretty pathetic in comparison .
