Your wife is truly an artist! That wooden map, the colors used in the van are truly beautiful! The eating/ open area up front is ingenious! You two are a very talented couple. Thanks!
Thanks for the kind words Patricia!

aesthetics is great.
Storage is lacking, especially for bikes.
i dont see why electrical components need to be separated into different compartments. Keep them all in one spot.
That map has no Japan and Philippines?.
After watching a bijillion videos on van conversations, yours is the best by far. Well done!

Take a look at this set-up.
It's almost an hour, but it's an amazing hour.
It's also a one person set-up.

A beautifully articulated layout and design with a wonderful use of wood detailing on the walls and ceiling. The attention to detail with your decision to partially clad the doors in oak, use handmade wood brackets and wooden curtain rods plus the choice of Wedgewood blue on the door and cupboards and the tribal inspired bedspread and seat fabric all create a warm and inviting aesthetic. Your clever pull-down table with ingenious cut out leg looks amazing and fits perfectly with the design language of the rest of your build. You and your partner have a great eye. The professional craftsmanship is offset by the lovely muted creams and neutrals which allow your linen textured curtains and vibrant moroccan tiles pop, and really makes your build absolutely unique ... Welcoming and cosy. The space conversion in your cab with swivel mounted seats enabling a dining area with bespoke oak table is the icing on the cake. Well done.
The one and only thing I didn't like about the van is that,
It's not mine
Ditto to that. Gorgeous.
Ha,ha,ha...you are so right..
one of the most adorable homes.love his brit accent.love the way his eyes light up when he talks about his wife.every feature in the home is awesome.
I have seen a ton of van builds, this is by far one of the more interesting ones.
Wow... absolutely stunning! ❤ I love all the rustic touches like the bathroom barn door and pull down table! You guys did an amazing job! 👍

This is one of the best van conversion by far !
Love the design of your van! :D That pull down table with the hidden spice rack... Is the best idea I've ever seen. I've just finished my van conversion, I know how hard is this process! Good job!
Thanks Dave! That was actually my father in laws idea, but once he said it, it had to go in no matter what ha. Good to hear, it is a long gruelling task but now you can enjoy camping this summer!
Dave Zörn I plan to use that idea in my small home kitchen.some more counter space
Most stylish van conversion I have seen. Beth’s world map is brilliant and shows real talent.
haha yeah she's pretty good eh!
Unbelievable for that little space best use of a van I have seen so far, and your wife truly has a gift for creating ...thanks for sharing
One of the best bathrooms I have seen in a van. People spend so much space on kitchen counter that they put a wet bath. This is very nicely done.
Wow, your attention to detail is amazing! This is the most beautiful van build I have ever seen.( out of too many to count). Love the colors you used. Thanks for sharing your wonderful talent!
You did such a good job !! It's obvious you care very much about your work. And, your beautiful conversion is the first one I think I could live in, and love it. Simple, but elegant. Thank you for the video.
Best of the conversations. Bath, kitchen, sleeping place, dining area. And still lots of space. Great!
simple, clean cottage interior with most important feature for me, besides the sleeping area...the indoor shower n toilet! 5 star of goodness. love it. the best camper van for two people I ve seen on youtube so far.
Fantastic use of space and your Girlfriend Lisa has some mad skills working with wood and the decor is so lovely.
Haha yeah she definitely has some patience to commit all the way with the map :)
he said wife and I am sure he called her manal! I am confused!
I like the fold down table/spice cabinet among other things. Thanks!
This is one of the most clever, stylish & practical set ups! Very impressive!!
Another fabulous build Joe and Beth you really have the knack for making beautiful bespoke spaces. Well done.
Home-made vans have so much character. Agree, that a shower in that loo cubicle would be great. But, where do you put your food provisions? How about a long narrow corner cupboard above the stove area? Come to Australia and I will pay you well to convert a van for me! good job
Booking tickets as we speak.....:D
@@WoodandWild If you do, don't leave the door open at night in a state forest or national park. Possums are reeeally cute, but very cheeky and bold. Try to evict them and they turn into Kujo. P.s. they can sniff out a scotch finger biscuit miles away and hiding it in your pocket is a reeeally bad idea! Hope you do come over and have a great time.
One of a kind. I love the little details you and your wife designed, it definitely made it your own. Happy travels!
Thanks! Glad you liked it!
This is one of the best camper vans i've seen. Lots of people use most of the space for kitchen and don't build bathroom. This one has an comfortable bathroom and the kitchen looks really useful and sufficent as well
I've seen SOOooooo many conversions n urs is one of my favs!! I love everything about it...colors r esp nice! Great job!! 👍
This is EXACTLY how I've pictured my future set up! Thank you for putting this out there, I was initially worried if there could be enough room for a bathroom, but your van looks spacious while still having all the necessities. Love it! ❤
Very nice. Do you have a shower? You have room for one in there. I would put a shelf in the kitchen for the microwave. Also would add fly screens on all the doors. Love the ceiling trim detail. You have done a charming job. Looks like a cottage.
WOW...I've seen so many (too many) videos on van conversions...dozens in the US...many in the UK...and several in Europe and the Mediterranean...I think this is probably the most aesthetically pleasing, well-executed, and most logical use of space (and technology) that I've seen.
I post a lot of comments, but I've never had an occasion to post THIS comment. Congratulations on a job VERY well done! Safe travels!
Layout is brilliant! Love the not cramped, wide open feeling! Just add a shower to that bathroom and it's gold!
Truly the best. And presentation like an old pro. Old world art and contemporary lighting. This I would buy in a heartbeat. And the music was good too. Well done my man!
Thanks tree trimmer!
Really like the spice rack/counter idea. Great conversation
Efficient use of space, attractive and reflects craftsmanship. Tastefully decorated. Excellent.❤️❤️👍👍👍👍 Thank you for sharing.
Is it me or is he super adorbs? Love the conversion, great job! Happy trails😊!
One of the nicest conversions i have seen. Really lovely and well thought out.
Love the fold-down table and spice rack! Really neat use of space.
I am glad to see a use for the front seats as a dining area. Write clever and good use of space.
Very excellent use of space and homemade design my dad was Irish, your soft spoken words were a comfort to me happiness to you both many blessings to you both happy adventures
I really love the calming feeling I got watching you video :) nice job.
Haha thanks Umm Panda!
This is very inspiring! Your layout is genius and a very practical and efficient. Great use of your space. Thank you for sharing! :)
Inside your caravan one can hear the breeze hitting the mic. That itself is testimony to what a lovely house you have. Your wife is not only artistic but also imaginative. The foldable table with hidden storage is innovative.
I don't know what got started me to keep watching videos on van life for the past 3 days. Out of all those videos yours is thr best! You have proper place for toilet/bathroom. If I were to live in a van, I don't care if I can/cannot cook in it. But toilet is essential for me.
Yip, must agree, nicest and cleverest van conversion I've seen. Love the fact that you have used the front car seats etc. as a dining room...very awesome use of space...and the loo!! What more can you want. And personally love the neatness and decor.
Thanks very much Deborah!
Very nice job. I love how you put the swivel seats in the front and the table in between. Great job.
Beautiful details. It feels so homey. It's lovely that you are so proud of your wife's accomplishments too.
This has to be the best conversion I have ever seen. The table in the cab is genius. Love how you didn't try to squeeze every possible option in. Just what you absolutely need. Brilliant!
Cutest conversion I’ve seen in a van
I love this :) A van conversion would be perfect for me since I have no desire to drive an RV or Bus. You did an awesome job on this conversion.
This is just gorgeous. It's like a little cabin and the front seats with the table. The storage and restroom. I just can't say enough. This is just right!
Great van build! Two things really stand out to me; 1) the table in the front of the van was genius and 2) I love that the bed is not so high up that you have to climb up to it.
Congratulations, so many lovely details!
wow that is a beautiful van. I love having the dining area in the Cab. and the pull down table is brilliant
cheers
Hey! Much appreciated Dooojj!
Love it too, especially all the decorative details. The great thing about the dining area at the front is it can be a place to get away from each other which usually isn’t possible in a van ;)
I lock in the Video and trink its auf very nice interieur
The kitchen table is brilliant idea to take it out of way. I'm Impressed!
By far, my most favourite design for a campervan. Maximized everything!!
beautiful camper van, congratulations to its owner
That is just beautiful! Good job!!
Wow! Simple and beautiful. So many unique features to this home and it has a very open feel to it.
I love the wood detail. It signals bespoke and makes it all look finished, rather than raw.
It's the best campervan I ever see (for me). Quite spacious and neatly....great Van, how lucky if someday i can have Van like yours. This video inspiring a lot for me. Thanks for share
Best conversion I've every seen.
I like the clean lines and the feeling of openness in your van design. Beautiful!
What a marvelous job! Loved everything! And that world map your wife cut out is just amazing!!! Thanks for sharing.
This is one of the nicest van I've seen. If it was for living in I would make some changes. Smaller bathroom so I got put a bigger ridge where the drop table is then the mircowave got be was the small ridge is. And I would raise the bed up for and underbed closet and storage. Beautifully setup
Absolutely beautiful ❤
....really appreciate the woodwork/finishing touches (ceiling/map/tiles/coat rack/etc) that really personalizes the space...well done...
The world map is absolutely amazing work.Real neat. You say its cut by hand thats what makes it even special.Hai to her.
Beautiful job. Love, love, love the map. Wishing you best travels possible.
Super impressed!!!!
I like the colors and the rustic design and style of the van gorgeous! The best I've seen so far
This is a grown-ups Dream Camper, toy, playhouse, funzone!!!! So Lovely!
You have very wisely utilized all the space. Beautiful and cozy. Thank you.
I love the art work , the world in wood is excellent , does your wife sell her art too , she would do great business im sure on Etsy.
Hey, yes she sure does, it's been a little while since she was online but she has a facebook page for woodburning gifts :) - facebook.com/edwoodsgifts/
Simple, spacious and to the point. perfect 👍. Stay safe and enjoy 🤟
The flipdown table with spice rack is genius!
sweet!
why not put the shower in with the toilet ?????
I thought the same
I’m sure they could if they wanted to, but showers use heaps and heaps of water, which is hard if you only have one tank. Plus if they have a gym membership they can shower for free whenever they want to, plus it gets them into the gym!
The gym membership costs money, filling a tank with water at a service station costs nothing. I've spent 12 months living out of a caravan travelling Australia and it's the one thing I didn't have and would change of I could. Portapotty is fine, but bath in a bucket gets really old 😊
My thoughts exactly. Even a hang up battery operated (cigarette plugin) camping shower that pumps out of a bucket. I have an idea water conservation would be a breeze for this couple. Both of them are truly talented annd innovative.
Have seen a shower operated by 7lt pressure sprayer. Needs to be outdoors. But hey, a couple of litres of water and a sponge works fine. ice van.@@curiouscuriouser9402
I love all of it including the special touches and the colours used to paint the wood.
Stick a little hand basin in the bathroom and this is my dream van. Absolutely love it.
I would love to spend some time living like this and in the company of some, it would be beautiful I want a man who wants an adventure like that and go out to travel the world!
Compact and perfect....i like the toilet with bathroom....
Light, bright, beautiful decor, personal touches and practical. Best one I’ve seen.
I've seen some van tiny houses in RUclips recently, and so far this is my most favorite! And that's because you have an indoor bathroom! With toilet and shower too. I love it so much! Some other vans usually couldn't put it because of the tiny space, but you put the dining table in the driver seat, and give little space for the bathroom. That's really, really nice.
If I have a van, I would really love it to be able to pee, poo, and shower conveniently without having to install it and take it off repeatedly.
Love it very much!
Mate, that squeeeaky floor would do my head in, but that said you've made a smashing job of it some of the details must have took some working out, spice rack table for instance. The very talented Beth should have taken a bow though. Great video thanks for sharing 👍
heyyyy nice van dude . love it
hey, thanks man! :)
I love the sink and stove top unit! The collapsable taps are a very clever idea; I have never seen this before. Well done on creating a home of your own. All the best to you!
Another great van conversion. So much love goes into converting these vans.
Really, really nice....did you do all that work yourself? The carving of the world done by your wife is amazing! What a talent. What kind of a tool/saw makes that intricate carving? Awesome!!!! Thank you for the great tour of your van!!!! LOL Judie (USA)
Hey Judie, thanks for asking. We used a scroll saw, it's basically a smaller, much finer version of a band saw, great for cutting those intricate turns, check them out, they're great fun to use and not too much of a learning curve!
I must say: I'm impressed with what you have done! I know what a Band saw is, & I have heard of a scroll saw! Thank you for answering me, really appreciate you taking time! Look forward to more vids!!!! LOL Judie
Like the painted walls lighter more like a home.
The best van conversion I've ever seen. Very organize, clean and neat. Thank you for sharing. Love your van. Great job
Very well thought out! The BEST Van conversion I have seen so far! Great Job!
The most important question hasn't been asked. How much was it to convert?
The bathroom seems quite Roomy, I'm curious why you didn't include a shower.
Hey Donna, would have been great to have one, prob could fit one now although tricky but as this was my first conversion, there were many learning curves to overcome already and adding in a shower means waterproofing the room, installing a vent, 2 underslung water tanks, water heater/decent pump and I'm yet to learn about plumbing. But, it could definitely feature in the next one as I'm sure it would be handy when it's too cold or wet outside to run to a camp shower :)
AtomicDuck123 was wondering the same! Thanks for answering
AtomicDuck123 when you make a shower no need for water tanks, only a dirty water one and just use a solar portable shower
Maybe a small galvanized tub with portable sprayer could work, with gray water drain.
Your van came out so beautiful. It has what you need in the perfect layout. I too love the choices of colours and the extra little artistic hand made touches.
I watched this twice.... heaven in a camper
This has everything you need. I could quite happily move into that and live in it!
Your map is missing the borneo island.
Deave Edis I’m taking geography so I know what you’re talking about lol ! 😸
borneuhoh... :)
I'm from Borneo 😊
Your work of art really takes my breath away! I always watch it from start to end. 🥰👍❤
Love, love, love it! Great job! Beautiful woodworking - the world map, the nice little thing on the ceiling, the fold-out table with the spice rack, the bathroom and door. So many, many things that make this a standout! Thank you for sharing!!
One of the best conversions I have yet seen. Congrats guys
This is one the most beautiful van builds I believe I've ever seen. Such care put into it. Very impressive!
Awesome Craftsmanship on this Van build... the rustic overtones are simply...magnificent. The space-saving layout (storage) of the overall floor is very well organized. Keeping it with a smooth and clean look. You have a RV-style showcase in a Van. Excellent Model!
The absolute BEST van conversion I've seen on RUclips to date! You did such a wonderful job. It's beautiful.
This is THE MOST AMAZING CAMPER VAN I’VE SEEN TO DATE!!!! The details are just gorgeous!!!! Very beautiful!!!!Happy travels!!!
