Actually mera bhi yahi sawal tha jo aapne pooch liya, marination se pahle agar mutton ko half cook karke usko marinate karna better. Hota aur uske baad butter Mein fry karte to masal bhi fry ho Jaata acche se aur mutton fry hokar ek alagg taste aur khushboo deta!
