What do you think the hardest monster was to play?
The truth is, it was Clackula! The bones are a very tricky instrument because playing them is essentially playing the air and when you strike the air, they clamp together on an upwards angle. The fast triplets are very hard to time precisely and consistently at that tempo. That one for me was the hardest! It’s really easy for the bones to slip around and that messes up the sound/timing to be precise!
I used Slapaphone for bonkers because my boomwhackers don’t go low enough in pitch. Perhaps it would be fairly simple to make your own custom Boomwhackers to go into the very low bass range.
Please do diddy kong racing main menu music!
It would be cool if you did a part 2 lol
The mandalorian main theme would be great on almost any
@@theswedishcommentor I have a mandalorian RUclips short :)
Crazy Train but Full Cover
Bridg-It, and Tiawa’s parts are spot-on!
I also like the fact that this video was uploaded right as the game itself just got an update today as well!
Dude that’s cause tiawa is a marimba funny enough
@@bentleysgamingchannelrebor5462 yeah but he knew the notes
Clackula wasn’t even half bad
Yeah your not wrong clackula wasn’t that bad
@@mimikkid05 😂 Clackula is the hardest one to play in this video. The motion to play the rhythm at this tempo is very tricky, the technique is like playing in the air but very tricky to time perfectly for that many triplets in a row!

id imagine the bones are hard to play
the fact you used pvc pipes for bonkers is really accurate! bcz their instrument is a slapaphone
the plant island epic wubbox was really cool keep up the good work
Please do more MSM

I'm Epic Wubbox!
@@resarusdiana1320hey ya, i hate you, you ruin ALL islands
@@resarusdiana1320how tf is that possible?
If your epic wubbox, im a Yawstrich
hey Joe, here's a fun fact about Jeeode: Jeeode's instrument are actually a mixture of bells and the synthetizer
It is?
It’s true
Yep
Crystal xylo is still pretty though
It’s not a mixture it’s just regular bells that had they’re sound synthesized
He really made the sound of monsters, you gotta have all the respect in the world.I wish I had all these instruments
Bro, I like this
@Shwible Dibble That’s called a Cajon. Although Noggin plays other ethnic drums like Duhulla (Tribal) and Djembe (Haven).
@@magnusvonbraun9870 it's a peruvian instrument
@Shwible Dibble noice
Especially Brid-git...
Love how Joe makes such accurate recreations and I’d say some are better than the original
🤘
@@JoePorterPercussion joe, do u do lessons with people or make music for them? Do u know what the knobs/dials do on the Theremin?
Oh you changed your pfp to rare pongping, nice

The Plant Epic Wubbox is one of my favourites but it's seriously underrated, glad to see it getting some love!
It's my favorite too!
it’s definitely the best wubbox!!!
1:00 BRIDG'IT IS SO ACCURATE
You have no idea how many monsters there are, but with what you have just done here you’ve already earned my respect!!!
I also just saw all of your other videos with the singing monsters, it looks like you’ve perfected your mimicry right from the get-go!!!
THESE ARE LITERALLY THE BEST RECREATIONS OF THE MONSTERS I HAVE SEEN!!
Great job Joe!
Love your content!!

This was so cool! What’s funny is I just recently got a kalimba but I didn’t realize you had to specify you wanted sharps, but I’ve been having fun playing around with it
Don’t be afraid to re-tune notes (hammer them) when you need different pitches. Sometimes on my diatonic kalimbas I will change some of the notes to sharps or flats to play different pieces
@@JoePorterPercussion I’ll definitely try this! Thank you!
Jesus, Bridg-It’s was actually spot on, it sounded the EXACT same as in game. As always, I love when you post about msm and just your normal content in general!
Dont forget about tiawa
@@Titancameraman3747 tiawa was definetly sliiightly off but bridge it had the exact same one.
I was surprised by how Bridg-it on the Kalimba actually sounded almost exactly like the real thing
I like how creative the epic wubbox for plant island was! Great work! 👍

this is amazing, I have just recently returned to a 9 year old msm account and seeing you do monster covers at just about the same time I came back is an amazing coincidence, keep up the amazing work!

“The bones!”
An accurate way to describe Clackula.
0:01 this part is more funnier that he's playing the *bones* and clackula is the magical *bone* element monster.
Instrument that were used in game
0:00 rhythm bones
0:10 Boomwackers
0:19 synth bells (I think)
0:42 Marimba
1:02 Kalimba
1:14 wood purcussion and synth growl (distorted saxophone)
:) Some of the sounds are purely electronically generated and not sound samples so sometimes it’s tricky to play them on an actual instrument. I need to make some modified boomwhackers to get the low pitch for bonkers
Actually Bonkers Was Instrumented With PVC Pipes
Yo first ever RUclipsr reply let’s go
Oh shoot I forgot to mention the sounds were made from VST’s

I am loving everything about this. Well one on the Epic Plant Wubbox
🤘
I’d like to see his take on the common Wubbox or some other percussion monsters such as Drumpler
Can you do the classical music again? Because the first one was lovely ❤. I also wanted to hear your own version of Chopin's Op. 9 No. 2 in percussion instruments. 😊

Fun fact: The growl of Epic Wubbox is actually a sound of distorted saxophone
Now I want someone to mod the sounds with these sounds.
Son recreaciones tan precisas que hasta me hacen dudar, es increíble

Yoo Joe that was so good that ending was sounding like Tiawa
