You will love Norway. I went once mid summer to experience midnight sun and once in December to experience the Northern lights. We saw a very pale version which was not very good. The best thing was dog sledding! Don't hold your breath over the lights! The scenery is amazing.

Hi Christine. 👋 I've been to Norway, but not cruised the Fjords. My visit was a work trip with hubby to Stavanger in 2008. It was a beautiful place, but VERY expensive! It was £10 for a pint of beer, so we had rather a sober time! I guess this won't be an issue if you're on a cruise ship though... anyway, loved this Q&A. You seem such a lovely person and it was great to find out more about you. Xx

Hi Christine. I went on a cruise to the Norwegian Fjords in June this year. We had the most amazing weather and Norway and the fjords are stunning. I am sure you will have a fabulous time. We are keen to back again soon as it was so lovely 🥰 x

To be fair we didn’t buy much off the boat other than a few souvenirs and some shore excursions (rib ride at Hellesylt and Loen Skylift) which we bought locally rather than through P&O. Are your children going too? The fjords are just so beautiful you don’t really need to venture far and there is much to do on the ship. You can make it as cheap or as expensive as you want really as there is much food and entertainment included x
