Marathon N7 MicroMotor Spinning Speed Problem...

This Marathon N7 Micromotor suddenly one day, started spinning at maximum speed,
the problem seams to be a damaged Transistor with the writen reference:
G
TIP142
G4 19S VW
CHN G4 1518
Replace it, and hopefuly your Micromotor will work at regulated speed again.

Hello. Have you solved your issue?
Unfortunately I don't know the reference to the transformer.
Can you see any inscription on yours? A white sticker or so, as you can see in the video of mine?

The seller I have ordered from, does not have it anymore, but I have looked up the description of my order from ebay, and the name of the item is under "TIP 142G Transistor NPN bipolar Darlington 100V 10A 125W TO247 ON SEMICONDUCTOR".

Try asking the seller if the two itens are the same 😊
Unfortunately, as I am not an electronic technician, I don't know what slight diferences in the description name of the transistors, can or can not be more or less of an importance 😔
