Oh wow, is this place even real? Isn't it impressive, isn't it amazing, isn't it divine and stunning?! And OMG...the second one, I'm speechless. Yes, it's a bit creepy indeed, but in a very unique and somewhat mystical way. Humbled by history and 'invisible to the eyes' but detectable by the senses..... I am loving this episode. Your faces are priceless. I can feel your mixed emotions inner disturbance. I am sharing it with you. Fantastic places! Me, I want to go and see it for myself. Such valuable info from you again. I will watch it several times. Thank you, Anton & Sinan. Love&light guys 🤍👍🤗
We’ve been trying to do this visit for a while, but didn’t get a chance until now. Sainte-Chapelle is even better in person, it had a similar effect to the one we had in Beauvais. Otherworldly is the word we’d use to describe it. As for Conciergerie, watch this space, this is the first episode of a series on the last days and postmortem events related to Marie-Antoinette and Louis XVI. Next week will bring events that followed next. Love & light ✨
if you get the combined ticket from the official website, you are only given the option to choose a timed entry for Sainte-Chapelle but not the Conciergerie. However, if you purchase the Conciergerie ticket as a standalone ticket, then in this case, you ARE given the option to choose a time slot for the Conciergerie. Is there a way to choose a time slot for the Conciergerie when purchasing the combined ticket? Or does the time slot not really matter for the Conciergerie and you can go there at any time with an online ticket? Thank you so much for your help and attention!!!!
What we did was get the combined ticket via Sainte-Chapelle and chose the time slot there. When we arrived , we first went to Sainte-Chapelle and then to Conciergerie. When we exited Sainte-Chapelle, we actually left the whole complex and entered Conciergerie from the boulevard. There was no issue entering Conciergerie without a time slot. What we would recommend is to get the time slot for Sainte-Chapelle and go there first as it is far more crowded. Then you can go to Conciergerie afterwards.
Beautiful video. So impressive! As Parisians, I wondered if there is such a thing as an annual pass to give you access to all of the city's museums for the year at one fixed price? Have you ever heard of such a thing?
Thank you! Yes, actually there is the Pass from Monuments Nationaux for 45€/year. You get access to 80+ places across France that are run by Centre des monuments nationaux (CMN). Of course, they don’t have everything in Paris under their management, but it’s a good deal to have. www.monuments-nationaux.fr/abonnement-passion-monuments Sainte-Chapelle and Conciergerie are included. Hope this helps! 😊

I have been to Saint-Chapelle twice but not to Conciergerie. Very interesting. Merci.

How much time would it take to complete both ?
Without rushing it took us about 3 hours, but we are slow 😂 So probably 2 hours is more than enough.
