There is no tilting while walking,he recovered v much after 1.5 month of specific exercise,can walk for 45 min at a stretch with normal speed,can drive d car,but if continuous more exertion little nerve pain comes which goes away by resting

I’ve been following your videos on Endoscopic Spine surgeries. Do you also perform laser surgeries? Which I personally been told Laser is Better too.
I am based in London and suffering from Sciatica L4 L5 and S1. The Dr. Here suggest me to go for surgery as I wasn’t keen to go under the knife by him. The way he was insisting me to go. And moreover he was junior dr. I believe.
I usually travel to india more often and last year have taken 3 epidural gave me relief temporarily.
How many days I’ve to in hospital post surgery.

The puncture in the disc gets closed after surgery or it remains open to cause reherniation in the disc?
It's will develop a scar which can never achive it's original strength whatever you do.. no doctor will tell you that it will more prone to reherniation nd will easily get reherniated if core or back supportive muscles are not strong.. maybe within months
@@warezloverz is it possible to change the herniated disc? Is it better option?
@@suryavanshi21 fusion is a complicated surgery and a good doctor will not recommend util the level of the injury is extremely severe.. ll also suggest to avoid surgeriy as it is a loop .. after one you ll be in need of another
