If the word 'perfection' was a song, this would be it. I already thought the og Dark Takeover was peak, but holy hell, this has definitely taken the crown. The final stand vibe this has is executed insanely well, even in the vocals. I love how you can just _hear_ Whitty's emotion in his voice throughout the song, from his absolute, unbridled rage at parts like 2:58, to his exhausted and worn out vocals at 5:44. Crazy how Whitty probably used so much power that he began to glow blue near the end. (the artist here did so good) I was not expecting that lyric sequence either, it's an incredible addition to this already amazing song. You and Cloud absolutely cooked though, I am in genuine awe at this.

The vocal section hits especially hard since it's CBF pausing his assault and directly asking Whitty why he isn't giving up despite the horrific odds, with him stating how he refuses to yield to him or any of the corrupted - and why would he? If the corruption is truly intending on taking everything from him or his friends then he's not going to go quietly! CBF has basically confessed that he's being an annoyance, which just seems to fuel him further as he begins to glow like a miniature sun - even managing to hold his coreupted eye shut as he seemingly tries to detonate! The corruption is only making microscopic progress in the artwork, showing just how strong his willpower is! And hot DAMN that final stretch! Seeing Whitty's flames turn blue from the sheer heat he's outputting is such an awesome sight! It almost loos like the corruption across his body is shrinking away from how intense the light and heat is!
