While, I’m inclined to believe you, however, do you think loves would spend their hard earned money trying to help a competitor business? Think about it loves sells food in their restaurant and store, why would they make it easier for you to get food from a different business? Think of all the truckstops currently have a fast food joint next-door and they put up a fence to make it difficult for you to walk over there
Well, if you get a pizza delivered, you can give them your spot lol. More likely going to make you sign in and get a parking permit for overnight parking. Idk ive been off the road for 25 years.
Imagine that you're the CEO of a mega carrier that dictates where your trucks get fuel via "fuel solutions." Now imagine if you got word that Loves Travel Stops is implementing a new policy that they will now allow 'free' parking...with a minimum fuel purchase. This knowledge presents you with two hypothetical choices: 1. Send your trucks to a cheaper fuel solution, but one who will charge your drivers for parking. 2. Send your trucks to Loves, who may be the more expensive fuel option, but who offers your drivers free parking. Which way do you go? 🙂
Back in January they Said they were going to start charging for Parking or U buy Fuel & Park Free. Kind of like what TA has always done.
Paid parking coming to your area soon. I like flashing lights and honking my horn. Old school trucking is going away like the cabover 😢
I would like if Loves did it as a reserved parking option
It's not for paid parking It's going to be for Uber delivery orders ect

Yeah, I agree with you, I think this is where it’s headed
