Overlords can be compared to emanators in terms of power since Overlords are directly chosen by Nanook and draw power from him similar to how Emanators directly draw power from the Aeons of their respective paths. BTW, the statement about Overlords being able to destroy entire star systems was mentioned by Welt himself in-game. I could type out everything he said but I'm too lazy. If you have HSR already installed go talk to Welt in the Parlor Car. In fact there are some Aeons, specifically Nanook, who have shown feats that rival even the most powerful Herrschers in HI3rd. love this but Acheron is stronger than Welt, Welt is weaker than before and wasn't the strongest guy in Honkai Impact too. Acheron moved so fast it looked like everyone was moving in slow motion, has she actually aimed to kill him, she would've in the blink of an eye. love the guy and his character but he's not stronger than people like Acheron and possibly even True Herta (who is an emenator like Acheron)
@pinnappel713 Nah. The Second Eruption lore says otherwise. Even without being in his prime, the dude still has Star of Eden's power. It can also slow time, and Welt can recreate his body as long as his core is with him. In raw power, Welt is much stronger. Really, the only thing Acheron has going for her is her slowing time down. But if Welt managed to get the Star of Eden off quick enough, the same thing would happen to her. It really comes down to who has a faster reaction time. But even then, Acheron couldn't kill him due to having his core. He should still be able to recreate his body without his full Herrscher authority. So Acheron would end up spending wasted energy trying to kill him. I don't think it would be the easiest fight for Welt, but I do think he would win mid diff. However, Acheron is most certainly above everyone else in the game so far. I would put her just under Welt, but above eveyone else.

The thing is, Kosma in terms of raw power isn't that far from likes of Kalpas but he also has that fatal weakness of losing control and considering how intelligent Welt is, he most certainly will be able to use it to his advantage. For Otto it depends whether we take his False God form (or at least just him having powers of the 10th and 11th Herrschers) or his normal self. First case Otto obviously wins, second case I guess it could go to Welt. While sure Otto is smarter than Welt, this difference won't be enough to make up for sheer contrast in power between the two. @seraphim3923 I mean he saw Luocha who was his "friend" who was on the star rail with him before he decided to leave before the story started. The lore states and sounds like Luocha was most definitely the one traveling with welt and Himeko at the time. He saw Luocha in one of the quests and visibly responded and seemed to be worried that it was either Void Archives or Otto somehow. But then kept his calm and just had his suspicions until they saw all the film. If he can keep his calm around that man I'm pretty sure bronya and cocolia wouldn't budge him much either.
I love characters who are literally so overpowered but they aren’t like- super egotistical. The juxtaposition is hysterical to me. Welt literally solos everyone and he also squints at his phone. It’s incredible.

For everyone saying it’s wrong. In the Honkai Impact 3rd manga, Welt was an ex-Herrscher (God) and could solo 99.9% of the HI3 Verse. The only person he couldn’t beat was Kevin Kaslana. But Welt took precautions and sealed the entire universe to get away from Kevin. Even went as far as to beat the main antagonist of HI3 with EASE.

The third time, in her Fenghuang Down, there was no way he could win anyway and, indeed, he lost and had his core broken.

He don't use the divine key Star of eden (it was destroyed in the story of hi3) he use a copy that he created with the little HoR authority that he has left.
He's still definitely as strong as a herrscher though in raw power still. If he could create an entire army of machines before, with the power he has now, he can at least create a significant portion of that amount still. His greater knowledge and experience compared to his power in his prime probably puts him on an equal level to his old self

He might accidentally destroy the verse if he went full power but sadly he lost his herrscher core and original divine key. The cane that he uses in HSR is a copy of his divine key that he created with the little of HoR authority that he had so it isn't as powerful as the original but it still gets the job done.

The Welt itself resonates less than 50% with the core of the Herreshr, which is why it is weaker. He cannot use his key thoughtlessly, as it is a restriction on use. He was unable to defeat the Deer of Plenty, which already shows his weakness. After the events of honkai 3, he became weak, he has only experience and a couple of chances to use a synthetic hole with a key. I wrote this from a translator.

If we’re talking about Welt at his peak, absolutely, I’d we’re talking about current Welt, then I’d say Jingyuan has a fighting chance. And Cocolia and TB last a bit longer than you give him. Most of Welt’s most impressive feats are from the Second Eruption manga, and Welt’s current state is much weaker than his prime. During the Second Eruption, Welt’s body was destroyed, and the new body he created using the core of reason is stated to have a much lower Honkai tolerance than his original in the Alien Space manga, meaning that the maximum output of his core is highly limited. Additionally, after Kiana sealed the Honkai, the strength of the Herrscher cores was reduced to around 5% of their original maximum, weakening the Herrschers to the point where Mei (Arguably the 2nd strongest Herrscher) is comparable to Carole and the Knight of Schiksal (though it should be noted that she is still explicitly stronger than both of them even without a divine key). With all that said, I think it would be fair to say that the version of Welt in HSR is likely only around a high planetary level. This would still put Welt well above most HSR characters, but beings like the Aeons and some more powerful Emanators would be beyond his reach

He understood how a black hole works but lacking the device to amplify it hence Star of Eden came into the picture, it amplifies the power of his black hole. Aeons? Prime Welt would just spam black holes to delete them all.
Not only that, Prime Welt is 11D, so he can exist on higher dimensional planes than the Aeons. He could also just create anything he learned about. Heck, if he figured out how an Aeon worked, he could just create an army of Aeons for fun. 😂

If you've played A Post Honkai Odyssey, you'll know Kiana has successfully sealed at least 99% of Honkai in the moon, which leaves Herrschers and anyone who relies on Honkai at 1% of their actual powers and also the reason why Welt in HSR is weak asf if you compare him to his prime(APHO happened like a week up to a month before HSR story took place), because if Prime Welt were to be put in HSR, the story would be over in one chapter because he'll just search whoever it is targeting Himeko and confront/defeat them on his own lol

He still have some remains of his powers, but even now theres no character who is able to defeat him in HSR except for Aeons since they are concepts and fun enough that is what the Herrschers did embody in HI3.

Prime Welt Yang could literally beat any Star Rail, or even almost anyone in Honkai 3rd. The only one he can't beat is Kevin Kaslana, who literally needed 3 Fully Ascended Herrschers to actually rival him. The reason why he's not as powerful is because he needed Honkai Energy to be that powerful, without it he's actually not that strong, and all Herrschers suffers from this. In HI3rd's Part 1.5, the Herrscher of Sentience got transported to a bubble world where Honkai Energy is scarce, that actually weakened Senti to the point that she can only cast harmless illusions, even physical combar wise she was the same as Dark Seele's. Also Welt's core is the normal Herrscher of Reason's core, not the fully ascended one since Bronya was the one transcending it.
Just in case HI3 verse far surpasses the entirety of HSR characters even the aeons, Herscherrs could solo the entire verse, Welt still having his powers (bro sealed an universe) is now being a kind grandpa so in fact he negs diff the entire verse

The thing is, Kosma in terms of raw power isn't that far from likes of Kalpas but he also has that fatal weakness of losing control and considering how intelligent Welt is, he most certainly will be able to use it to his advantage. For Otto it depends whether we take his False God form (or at least just him having powers of the 10th and 11th Herrschers) or his normal self. First case Otto obviously wins, second case I guess it could go to Welt. While sure Otto is smarter than Welt, this difference won't be enough to make up for sheer contrast in power between the two. For everyone saying it’s wrong. In the Honkai Impact 3rd manga, Welt was an ex-Herrscher (God) and could solo 99.9% of the HI3 Verse. The only person he couldn’t beat was Kevin Kaslana. But Welt took precautions and sealed the entire universe to get away from Kevin. Even went as far as to beat the main antagonist of HI3 with EASE.

If we’re talking about Welt at his peak, absolutely, I’d we’re talking about current Welt, then I’d say Jingyuan has a fighting chance. And Cocolia and TB last a bit longer than you give him. Most of Welt’s most impressive feats are from the Second Eruption manga, and Welt’s current state is much weaker than his prime.
During the Second Eruption, Welt’s body was destroyed, and the new body he created using the core of reason is stated to have a much lower Honkai tolerance than his original in the Alien Space manga, meaning that the maximum output of his core is highly limited. Additionally, after Kiana sealed the Honkai, the strength of the Herrscher cores was reduced to around 5% of their original maximum, weakening the Herrschers to the point where Mei (Arguably the 2nd strongest Herrscher) is comparable to Carole and the Knight of Schiksal (though it should be noted that she is still explicitly stronger than both of them even without a divine key). With all that said, I think it would be fair to say that the version of Welt in HSR is likely only around a high planetary level. This would still put Welt well above most HSR characters, but beings like the Aeons and some more powerful Emanators would be beyond his reach

В катсцене нам показали что Вельт видя как Авантюрин поставил все на кон и собрался всех уничтожить уже доставал свою трость и хотел защитить своих друзей но Ахерон его опередила. Увидел ли бы Авантюрин "гравитационный сдвиг"?

Welt used to be one of the 14 Herschers (godlike being that was capable of destroying civilization ) He was the Herscher of Reason
His power was to recreate ANYTHING he wanted (nuclear weapon, energy beam, even a living bodies) if he knows the construction of it and knowledge beyond human
His weapon is called eden star which grant him the ability to control gravity, thats why he can create black holes, even worm holes if he wanted
Later when the Core of Reason is evolved by bronya in HI3, its power becomes even more broken, basically rewrite THE FUTURE.
So basically low level fate manip and materialization. Also, Welt got his core back in HSR.

If you've played A Post Honkai Odyssey, you'll know Kiana has successfully sealed at least 99% of Honkai in the moon, which leaves Herrschers and anyone who relies on Honkai at 1% of their actual powers and also the reason why Welt in HSR is weak asf if you compare him to his prime(APHO happened like a week up to a month before HSR story took place), because if Prime Welt were to be put in HSR, the story would be over in one chapter because he'll just search whoever it is targeting Himeko and confront/defeat them on his own lol

Actually no, he was surpassed by Bronya and was always weakened after his battle with Sirin (where he almost lost). Meanwhile Acheron has a direct connection with IX and already has Origin’s power (killing her Kevin by herself).

Did Welt lose hIs Herrscher powers when he give the core to bronya? I mean Welt is literally immortal as long as he have the core😅 I still remember him getting killed yet recreate a new body at his core 😅
He still have some remains of his powers, but even now theres no character who is able to defeat him in HSR except for Aeons since they are concepts and fun enough that is what the Herrschers did embody in HI3.
Bronya did give the core back the Welt as stated in APHO, so there's that.

@@NeroZeroes the process of all the cores slowly being absorbed is apparently a long one, since Welt is still known as the Herrscher of Reason, with him able to still use his Authority albeit at a weaker output compared to before.

Yeah, pretty much. I want to see him actually do something for once. The closest he has gotten to showing his power off his threatening Acheron. Even in the newest Penacony update, the dude just holds back and watches. I'm kinda tired of this defenseless facade he puts on every new planet. Even against Sunday, he chose not to one-shot him. 😂
Prime Welt Yang could literally beat any Star Rail, or even almost anyone in Honkai 3rd. The only one he can't beat is Kevin Kaslana, who literally needed 3 Fully Ascended Herrschers to actually rival him. The reason why he's not as powerful is because he needed Honkai Energy to be that powerful, without it he's actually not that strong, and all Herrschers suffers from this. In HI3rd's Part 1.5, the Herrscher of Sentience got transported to a bubble world where Honkai Energy is scarce, that actually weakened Senti to the point that she can only cast harmless illusions, even physical combar wise she was the same as Dark Seele's. Also Welt's core is the normal Herrscher of Reason's core, not the fully ascended one since Bronya was the one transcending it.
