That is horrible. I definitely wouldn't want to go to that service center, wherever it is. Sorry you are having such issues with the Model X. Is your car an early model or more recent. If a more recent production model, that is very troubling.
I received it in June 2016. After numerous repairs, the driver's window is STILL extremely squeaky. It is definitely not what you would expect from a $125,000 vehicle.
