Thanks for sharing the video and honesty about the nerves and how you cope. I entered an AMCROSS race first time ever at age 50 this year and was so nervous! Just kept telling myself I’m here for fun and to learn new skills to make me a better rider , so I can have more fun in my bike 😂. Great seeing you ride.
