Lovely as always. I was surprised to learn that light blue was conducive to sleep. Is that because it evokes a spa feel? I’m getting ready to design my own bedroom and have made note of many Suggestions portrayed your video. Some of these suggestions I am familiar with others I’ve never heard of. My challenge is too embrace luxury in a very tiny room with limited resources. It’s videos like yours that help me be successful with this. Thank you for your video.

Mine are with white furniture, therefore my favoring the first pic shown! Love layered bedding, and a pretty, statement, floral arrangement. I have several, but I favor Claire Burke Original Scent. It's a blend of rose, lavender, patchouli, vetiver, spices and a few drops of their original fragrance oil .. combined! Pretty scent

As for a weighted blanket, at first when I get into bed, I seem to need a weighted throw blanket on top of the "light as a feather" down duvet that's on the bed. Although I don't care to use a weigted blanket, but I need it at first because it's like a sense of security for me. I do seem to always move it off at some point during the night because that weighted throw is always on the floor when I wake up. Looking so forward to your next video!

Hello Alecia, good question! There are breathable mattresses on the market. It comes down to the cell structure, allowing for good ventilation, preventing night sweats. I am not sure where you are located but here are a few links. www.emma-sleep.com.au/glossary/cell-structure/ or au.tempur.com/mattresses/by-range/tempur-pro-air-AUPROAIR.html. Look for comfort, firmness, breathability, high quality construction to ensure durability, back support. Many options on the market to choose from: Latex, memory foam, innerspring and hybrid, which combines memory foam/latex. I would never purchase a mattress without trialling it first! Consider using a mattress topper and always use a cotton mattress protector. Hope that helps! S xx
