I don't have a word to thank you for this extraordinary recipe. I tried yesterday. I added to much water at the end because it seemed to be very thick. Some of the small laces came good but a round one was broken. I watch your video again, and I paid more attention to paste texture and thickness. Today, I did again. I begun with 1/2 cup of water and I added 1.5 teaspoon of water. I kept the paste over hot water ( like a double boiling, but out of fire) until I finish all application. The result was fantastic. Thank you so much again!!!!
I've made several batches using Wilton's Gum-Tex tylose. I tried the 1/2 cup water with no luck but after reading comments tried 1/4 cup of water and made beautiful lace. Thanks so much for the tutorial!
April Blois hi was that all you did (I’m just learning and can use all the help I can get to make the lace? Thx 4 ur hlp
How does it taste ?
1/2 cup water is way too much. I tried this with just 4 tbl spoons of water and no water added finally . And made beautiful laces and butterflies 😍😍😍.
I made with 1/2 cup and all gone waste. Anyways that’s fine, mistakes makes you perfect. Cheers. 😊
This recipe worked extremely well for me. I did add 2.5 ml glycerine this time round as we have a very hot climate.. I have lace from a year ago which had gone brittle and dry. I added a slice of bread to the container and within a few hours it was flexible enough to use. The 125 ml worked out better for me as I didn't need to adjust with extra water at all.
Thank you for your tutorial. I tried a recipe that used only 1/4 c. water and some meringue powder and it was so thick that it kept pulling out of the crevices as I spread it. Your recipe is perfect.
Hi Aditti, I tried to make this today, but it was bit loose paste and not like the one you had it. I think 1/2 cup water is little too much. I have put it in the oven for 10 mnts and kept it. Let’s see how the outcome tomorrow. Thank you for the recipe
I made your recipe today! It was extremely thick so I had to add lots of water (about 2 full ounces more!) It's drying now three hours and looks great! I will try peeling it in another five hours! I'm excited! Thank you for your tutorial and recipe!

Hello
How does it tasted?
I tried it but the taste was really bad.
I have made this several times and I always use 1/2 cup boiling water with Wilton tylose and it is perfect every time. I have had to add an extra tsp of boiling water at the end depending on the weather. Fabulous recipe
