I would like to mention that the Obsidian English Bill's Jacket is also a great robe to use to be a counter musketeer as it gives 2 levels of true grit and 1 level of quick draw allowing you to only need either true grit 1 from your pat or one of the level 70 kane/captain hande gear. Something else underrated about quick draw 4 too is the increased crit chance due to musketeers having a base natural high chance to crit and having this on top of that as well!
