Thank you so much for this. What if the image comes back with zero search result, do I go ahead and use??

Yes then it should be fine. Sometimes I check with both Tineye and Google image search, and if they both come back with no results I use it

Thank you so much for this. So what if you find the image as a stock first but the image also appears on pixabay with a latter date do you just ignore or since the date shows that it was first in pixabay before Adobe then it is good to go? Please do reply

Yes, if the image is on Pixabay or Pexels or another free site first, it should be safe to use. If it appears on a paid stock website first, then I would NOT use it. Also you can check who the poster or photographer was on both sites, and if it's the same photographer it should be OK to use, since he may have tried to sell it first, and later posted it on free websites.

Say an image show up on stock at Dec 2022 and also on pixabay at June 2018 do you still use the image or do you avoid it?

If Pixabay was first I would use it .. people take the free images and try to sell them on other platforms even though I'm not sure that's even legal.
