Ana, your sentiments about the language are very valid. My children are of mixed ethnic backgrounds, and it is very challenging to speak the native language with them subconsciously because their dad only speaks English. So they speak English as their main language because of school, their dad etc. it’s so much easier and automatic and default to speak English with them. There is no one else to reinforce the native language unfortunately. It was my intention to teach them but hasn’t worked out. Cut dad some slack 😜

Your dad yes he could have teach you but if your mum was Ewe you would have leanr the language easier
Wow Anna ,It's a shame that the sound of the video is of lower quality, it is an interesting video regardless!
Ok, I have an assumption that your husband and your dad would get on well. Like, they would have a lot to talk about when they sit down together lol. I don't know why, but it could be because of a somehow similar demeanour and how chilled out both of them seem to be individually. On cameras anyway. Am I wrong? Haha. Cant wait for more of your videos:)
I love your dad, he is so cool 😎. This is of course a very special interview 💔💔💔
He and his brother were so close you will see them every where I remember around kotobabi ask him😍😍
Pls ask him nd give us a reply please
I really enjoyed your dad. Thanks for sharing the interview.
Absolutely addictive, love your dad’s laidback and relaxing approach, he’s the real deal, cute to see him apologize, mine would never lol
We could well be related, he so much looks like my dad and my heritage is from Togo as well, but born in Ghana
Thanks for sharing princess
Stay blessed and safe and please help your kids learn at least one Ghanaian language. It’s easier when they’re lil
Cheers
Love the interview🕊🕊
Just discovered this channel and I love it!!! You are so genuine!
Thanks kita
My goodness Anna, you are a spitting image of your Papa. Your dad is understanding n very supportive and can really understand how your mother fell in love with him. Awww how sweet! 🌹
Yes they havr the similar lips
Annaaaa... I love your dad! Wonderful video!
I love that . He is pan-African. I wish and pray for all Africans and those of the African diaspora to be free from the mental shackles of slavery that prevent us from understanding the importance of Pan Africanism and adopting and applying the concept of Pan Africanism. Your father is a very intelligent and intellectual and politically conscious man. God bless you and all of your family.
i love what your dad said. "we are all one politics is deviding us" your dad doednt see colour. very wise man.
I enjoyed the entire video so much even when I couldn’t hear clearly.
Great video
Thanks sorry for the audio
She is a true Africa because of her father. The child is always whay the father is. When you plant a grain of corn, that is what grows, never pea. You are your father always and where your father's roots originated, you are also. The seed is the origin.
This was absolutely beautiful Anna! Now I see why you have a love of Africa, it's from both your parents. Your dad is so positive!!
You are putting up some good videos!
I like the interview . God will give you grace to learn your language.
About time, we get to see your dad! My condolences! You are just like my daughter and I!
Yep, I remember "Stationary Stores" football club of Lagos. Ask your Dad if they played "Enugu Rangers" club of Enugu.
Its a blessing....Much respect to your Dad and thank you for sharing this experience with us. I think both your parents are divine gift to you
This is an authentic life story I've ever watched on RUclips. Thank you so much Anna. Mrs Acheampong. To say you're Ewe as I am has made my day. I found my own story in your paternal family story. Wao. I'm born in Ghana, grew up in Togo, lived 7 years in Germany but living in the United States now since 2004, now building my dream house in Ghana, I never come home without crossing the border to spend few weeks in Togo. Like your dad said it plainly Togo and Ghana there is no difference. I love the interview so much. Thanks for telling us your story!
