I am looking to buy some land in Montana to build a Tree House Air bnb Retreat Center that needs river access. Struggling to find a good property. Any advice?
Hi Dajaegers! sorry we don't have any counterparts, you can google good TX land investors and see if they have ratings on Google or Facebook, and see if they have testimonials on their website to see how other people felt after purchasing through them. You can also check the BBB 🙂 Hope it helps! 🙂
Hi Lynar! To be honest with you, we don't currently operate in MO. Our primary areas of focus are Florida, Colorado, Arizona and, New Mexico. So I'm not sure if we'll be able to help you out. You can try checking sites like landflip.com for your search

What's a good bug out location/areas in Florida? I'm looking for a small/med lot to get out of the city. Thank you for making that video it was very informative.
Hi Kelley! Its hard to find in Florida to be honest with you ... you could try looking at a population map of the state, and then look in areas that have low populations. Hope that helps!
When I put in my filters looking on LandWatch I got next to nothing on the "Available" filter. It wasn't until I checked the "Off Market" that I saw more listings. What is the difference?
Hi Daniel. Off Market typically means that the property isn't posted on the MLS or the realtor network, so it's off the traditional market. On LandWatch, a lot of those people are realtors as well, so in the case off market could mean it's not on the MLS, and it's not on the MLS because it's been sold and the listing was taken down. Hope that helps ! 🙂

Thanks for the video, great sites to check but I've been looking around for a very specific isolated region, I have been wanting to see listing around the Arctic Village, Alaska north of Fort Yukon and I have not been able to find anything north of Fairbanks on any website that I look at and was wondering if maybe you could fill me in on as to why that may be, thank you!
Hi Gdogz! I don't have a good answer as to why. it could be that there's not enough demand for that area to post it online. You can try taking a trip out there to talk to local realtors and see if there's any land available for sale.
