Mam I got college in Aims Rishikesh in 1asr round counseling. Then I applied for 2nd round counseling unfortunately i do not get my desire college Now i wish to go for 3rd round. If in 3rd round counseling my college does not upgrade in that case still I have choice to saty with AIIMS Rishikesh .
