They stopped selling R6 for street use because the R7 is more geared for street riding. A R7 will beat a R6 from 0 to 70 unless you dump clutch at 10k rpms.
Bro what are you saying man? R7 not fun? CP2 is and always will be fun engine to play with, ofc its not the beast torquish R6 but you can have super good experience with the R7. btw, what motorcycle do you ride?
@@infinitypt3415 For me the r7 just has zero charm, I might as well have gone for a dual sport. I have a r3 and then went to a zx10r for college. Nobody was able to find affordable insurance but me so I just ride it to be the only one with a litre bike
@@kk-qu1zc 99% of riders can not handle a 1000 or 600 on track nevermind the streets, u will loose to an r7 on back roads for sure. U will only win on straights. Whats the point having a liter bike if u cant use its full potential. R7 Is the best bike for the streets. Tourque> top end for the streets. R6 was never ment for the streets, its a track bike thats why yamaha cut it off and only sell a track bike version.
Anyday, Always,,, R6...i love it.👍🏻❤️
can get gold forks from the anniversary edition r7 ive found out
Honestly I can’t hear the exhaust sound of r7 when it is next to or near to or around when the bike is still or riding to r6.
what is the name of the r6s exhaust?
Throw a pipe on either bike and you have a symphony on wheels. I don’t exactly ride for the speed. It’s the sound & serenity for me…
It doesn't have a Center Headlight cause that's an Air Intake on the R6.
I love R6
R6😍🤩
Missing semi digital speedo😔
Comparing 2 cylinder to 4 Cylinder what if they decided to make the r6 to crossplane 4 just like the r1
that will be insane it will enhance r6 downside which is the torque...
Man what a bummer they cut the r6
they weren’t selling lol blame the consumer for letting the R6 rot in dealership floors
Cos yamaha buyers want an R1
@@moisesojeda1085thats not why dude lol the r6 was the most bought 600cc sportbike
they cut the r1 now@@HeldIntegral
R6
im getting a r7 for the stunts lmao
That's a 600 class vs. a 650 class. No contest at all.
Could you have like edited some music over the numerous minutes of just wind noises
No comparison. R6 ALL DAY

Not if it has a simple tune/exhaust. Torque at lower end on an r6 is awesome
R6 sound though
not even a close comparison, the r7 is NOT fun at all. Just a poor mans r6

@@lildrippy8252 agree with this...street wise the r7 is better
you only say that because you can't make a slow bike fast....perhaps you can't even lean an R3...R7 and R6 are both fun in the twisties...
