@@jacariwatsonallard8603 lmfao you can literally look it up, it can collide with literal jutsu midway in clashes, maybe not in game but it’s lore accurate for it to take a moment to reach the person, if it didn’t it would be the most broken power in the verse. Also in the startup of the jutsu you can see purple ish tones infront of your character signaling that it’s indeed being accurate to the story and is currently flying at the opponent

They should make its hitbox spawn immediately upon activation so it's more useful as a type of counter
I mean it works just like fire ball, it still has to fly towards you
