That was before new update Before update you need to 48 rune to upgrade helmet + cape + offhand But now you need 98 rune So its different now Second thing : I just teach the new players how to enchanted the item's

You can travel from any City like (Lymhurst) or (BridgeWatch) By (Travel Planner) You will found him in any City you in Note : you cant travel with your gear or item's

6. bag for extra load weight
