- A friend and I played Notchland, a theme park built within Minecraft nearly 9 years ago. This was a trip down memory lane since we played in this world 7-9 years ago on Pocket Edition (back when Minecraft was split into Java, Console, and Pocket, instead of Java and Bedrock).

I am the creator of Notchland. Halfway through creating it Stampy wanted to tour it and wanted me to release it. Then teenagers and adults wanted to play it so I tried keeping it as kid friendly as I could with things everyone could play I never expected anyone to play it but my daughter. I had different ideas than saw etc. The sequel park is coming out soon and completely kid friendly this time in every way. Notchland will be getting love with Java and lag reduction and ways to convey the games and rides better. Notch Rapids title pending might change it will have Java aka teleporters etc. Thank you for touring an old soon to be glowed up map. It was all built on Xbox 360 before blocks like upside down stairs and half slabs were introduced so stuff is blocky looking and the lag i did the torches trying to prevent mobs from spawning at night. All will be fixed soon. 🙏
Hello! I was so surprised to see in my notifications that you saw my video, let alone this quickly. I'm glad that you enjoyed the video, we had a lot of fun there!
The idea to play Notchland came from my friend (the same one who played as "Fart") as he was watching old videos from other RUclipsrs, and that's when I found the map and downloaded it onto our private server. I'm thinking of doing a Part 2 with more friends sometime soon.
I'm so excited for the sequel park!! Please let me know when you finish so that we can play it.

Also all rollercoasters are timed before you could press forward so if you press forward at all it breaks the ride and timing. I tested each coaster 100 times and then released it and then Minecraft changed it where you could press forward. It ruined a lot of the love of the rides. My daughter finally wants to play this. I built it all to play with her. She has watched 1000s of videos and never played her park with me. She is 13 now and she is finally going to ❤
One final note. I have shown her the first two saws now with certain scenes fast forwarded but otherwise she wants to see the others like I told her maybe 15-16. I know kids watch gruesome stuff, listen to any type of music, cuss etc. I wasn't raised that way. Thought you guys would think it funny btw the saw game has hardly any story mostly survival games against a killer 😂
Only lore from the movies is to get out at the end and I keep it very vague and non gory.
Yeah, I think the difference in versions is definitely what messed up the roller coasters (though Fart's reactions to the Void ride were comedy gold). Hope your daughter has as much fun playing Notchland as we did! 👍
As for the Saw part, I did find it a bit ironic that it was on there. Might try it out when I get more friends online. :) Most of my friends either liked the Saw series (and are hyped for Saw X) or want to start watching it. I'm too much of a baby to watch the movies or play the games, although I am aware of the lore.
@@metaninja168 after saw two it dropped the story and morals a lot and became more about gore until way later in saw 10 I think when they wrap back to saw one. I am waiting on the new one because of the story and it bringing back jigsaw.
