I have a 2017 sienna awd 52k miles and Im disappointed in its dependability. Ive had air conditioning problems, leaky tire valve stems due to corrosion, and sensor problems all not covered by a "FACTORY TOYOTA PREMIUM PLATINUM WRAP WARRANTY". Before this vehicle I owned fords for the last 25 years and they ran better for me. Prior to owning my ford vehicles, I owned a 1983 toyota 4x4 p/u that ran very well for me. In terms of my experience, I think the dependability of toyota has declined and the vehicles have become too complex. My next vehicle will certainly not be a toyota but Im stuck with this vehicle because unfortunately toyota is the only manufacturer that makes an awd minivan, which serves my needs the best. So if ford comes out with a comparable vehicle, it will be goodbye and good riddens to toyota. Also some advice for anyone considering a "FACTORY TOYOTA PREMIUM PLATINUM WRAP WARRANTY": DONT BUY IT. It didnt cover all the minor things that went wrong with my sienna. When you read the wording of the warranty its states "Warranty covers all items listed above. Any items not listed are not covered." It DOESNT actually list the items not covered so you dont know whats not covered. Its very difficult for the average person to know all the other items that a vehicle contains that could go wrong. I my situation all the things that went wrong were not covered under the warranty. Not a happy camper and not feeling warm and fuzzy for toyota, Mark
