Being DM music lover more than 10 years, I've always thought about what song of this amazing band I can call my favourite one. All songs are brilliant, but finally I made a solution thta its "Sweetest Perfection". Martin sings dramaticly, tenderly, passionately, absolutely cosmic melody & voice... Well, this song is the best argument for calling him Genius, agree :)
This is a brilliant version from the counterfeit tour but he did an even better version on violator tour. Unfortunatly I haven't found a version of it yet
It looks like Martin Gore could take some guitar lessons from Robert Smith. If The Cure would've performed this song, Robert would have done the climatic solo at the end of the song the right way.

As a backing vocalist - great to here him do it 99% as well. Depeche Mode are one of the top bands in my book, like Floyd.
