    Thanks for that Ari.... Question.------ Would you say that another way to internalize 'good time' is to set the metronome differently.....? Playing from 1/4 note to 1/4 note does help clue one into a rush or behind tendenancy, BUT if the metronome were set to the '1' of each measure (rest on 2,3,4) every measure OR even every other measure, wouldn't that really make you focus on time so your '1' and the metronome's '1' meet at the same place, same time (ha)?
