I am not sure what you mean. The vortex tube is connected to the air line at the point of use. If you connect at the compressor and try to distribute the cold air over a long distance it will not work due to back pressures and conduction.
what will be the temperature near panel cooler when it fixed to inlet Compressed air 7 bar @ 30deg C room temperature..

Sir We use Compressor in VCRS System why dont we just connect Vortex Tube to the Compressor and save Cost.

No. vortex tubes are meant to be used at the point of use.

The vortex tube is installed where you need the cold air. You CANNOT distribute cold air over long distances.
