Question: The sizes seem to be missing a "0". Why is that? Also I've seen the top bid and/or ask seem to get stuck at the top of the list and not change (e.g. bid is $5, but currently trading at $4.62). Is that just a glitch in STT or is there some other reason? Sometimes it clears if I close the tab and reopen it. Thanks
