First time I see a video about this that I relate to, and that makes me feel hopeful about being taken seriously on day. Thank you❤ PS: love the bloopers😅
Omg, this video just changed my life. I'm in tears. No one believes me about my pain or any of the ailments in struggling with medically. I get labeled a pain seeker no matter where I go and my own pain management doctor didn't catch this but I'm now CERTAIN it's what is ailing me. This is my life. I have every single symptom and have been attributing them all to other things. I've been feeling so depressed thinking, 'wow, one person can't possibly have all these things wrong with them...'
Biofeedback therapy is so amazing i thought about getting my license 😊. I may still. I'm 43 and no kids and single. So, yeah we need more of that type of therapeutic. And psychedelics.
I've been gaslighted so much trough the years that I don't believe myself when the pain is low. Tomorrow I have a rheumatologist appointment for the first time and I'm so afraid I will be told it's nothing without even lookin at me or listening me again.
Hi Pauline! I just saw your comment and I'm with you in spirit tomorrow at your appt. I know the anticipation and fear you have of not being taken seriously. I hope to see an update that the visit went better than expected and you receive answers. Danielle
@@lucidmed3343 I've been to two rheumatologist, both have suspected the fibromyalgia, so now I'm doing a pain therapy and making the last blood work to confirm. It's also been a stressing couple of week so I don't know how I feel about these medicine because I feel worse than ever 😅 is it possible that these medicine make some symptoms worse?
I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia a few years back buy my rheumatologist but it seems that no one knows how to treat it I'm drained and exhausted every day I'm not sure of what to do anymore 🙏
Hello dear 2 year ago I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia.medications, physical exercise , diet , yoga, meditation. Now I can't say pain free but 90 % recovered and stopped medication 6 months ago. My Rheumatologist There will be remission after 2 to 3 years. Still working on it.
@@gannojukeerthi1498 I kind of gave up a little but I am going to get back to the doctors and try something new. Thanks for the info and keep going it sounds like your on to something 👍
The best advice is to manage your sleep and stress I went to Pain Rehab years ago at Brooks rehab. I cannot tell you how much learning about pain and stress helped so much. Stress and trauma can make us sick. I would love to talk to any fibro folks We need to talk more and it's almost our day. May 5th I believe.
Hello, What do you think are the most effective physical therapy devices for stimulating nerve cells in the feet damaged by diabetes. This is considering that supplements and minerals alone cannot repair nerve damage.
😅 enjoyed the bloopers at the end 😀. I have fully body burning 🔥. It's been 15 yrs and I don't know if its small fiber neuropathy from platinum chemo 15 yrs ago, or if it's fibro. I have no pain management, because nothing has helped. I haven't tried biofeedback, so perhaps I should.
Great overview Danielle! Thanks as always for making sense out of such a complicated and misunderstood condition. I’ve been experiencing some relief from taking a very low dose of Naltrexone 4.5mg is a typical dose for most patients. There’s lots of research on the benefits for pain and inflammation, hope this helps others. I too hate the wind ugh - what’s up Mother Nature?
Hi Mark! Thank you as always for commenting and lifting me up :) LDN is yet another topic that's on my list to potentially cover. I have adults as well as kids who are taking this for various conditions and it's making a notable difference. Most of the kids I have on it are taking it to help with PANS/PANDAS (pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric associated strep infections). Hope to see you on the live this Wednesday. Now that I say that I hope to see myself on the live this week lol. Kids home from college seriously throws a wrench (in the best way) in my schedule lol. Danielle
I don't sell or get incentivized for saying this, but with leg cramps, spasms, burning, the “Doctor’s best” high absorption (lysinate glycinate) magnesium from Amazon works well. It is an easy absorption of magnesium. It's a lot different than regular magnesium pills. I've tried it all. Thanks. Cindee from Tallahassee Fl.😊
I take 2 tablets a day. I need to get my levels checked But I found out I was on the wrong b12 for 20 years 😂 I finally take the methy type and I think it's helping. My name is Dani or Danielle But OMG Danielle here is amazing.
Is there a way to email the video creator? I would love to chat with her. I can tell that this issue really matters to her and I could use some guidance. I'm a disabled Veteran and getting the VA to pay attention is impossible. Getting ANY doctor to listen has been impossible.
Ketamine therapy? I am in COLORADO. I have been thinking about it. I have fibromyalgia, Sleep Apnea, Chiari type 1 malformation, 3 bulging discs in spine, and several other diagnoses. I decided in 2019 to get the gastric bypass surgery to help the fibromyalgia and sleep apnea. Did not work. My fibromyalgia and sleep apnea are worse and have high blood pressure ( which is not being treated because they think it related to the pain).
Hi tiffany! I'm on the east coast so unfortunately I'm not familiar with pain clinics that might be available in your area. That said, I'd start with asking your primary for a recommendation and go from there. I did a video on ketamine which may help: Ketamine: ruclips.net/video/PKe3UrLKHeg/видео.htmlsi=KKx9d3pz5smF82mu
