Hi Mohd Faisal, yes you can chose this path. Dental hygiene is a great career in itself. Make sure you review the post graduate work permit requirements with individual dental hygiene colleges. :)

According to my knowledge, I can either complete NDEB equivalency process or undertake degree completion program via a Canadian University and my primary concern is whether both pathways require permanent resident (PR) or citizenship of Canada or do I require PR for acquiring the provincial license, even after clearing the NDEB exam? Finally, after completing NDEB, if I am not a PR holder will I get any work permit in Canada to practice as a dentist?
My answer is NONE of them. Very competitive and difficult exams. First- select your country of choice, followed by exam, followed by prep courses. Nothing comes easy, my friend.

There are selected universities eligible for NDEB equivalency process. You will know after you apply for NDEB registration.

First you should work towards your PR
There is no need of pr ship
U can get it easily after 2years of your licence exam
