    For linearly accelerating frame the r' vector should have been written in th😅e following way-
    r' = r - ( ut + 1/2 a t^2)
    where
    u is initial velocity of accelerating frame
    a is accelration of accelerating frame (assumed constant)
    t is time after which we are observing
    d(r')/dt = dr/dt - u - at
    d2(r')/dt2 = d2r/dt2 - 0 - a
    So acceleration in accelerating frame is acceleration in inertial frame minus acceleration of accelerating frame

    The inertial frame is one in which acceleration is constant, and the non-inertial frame is one where acceleration is changing.
    I guess, you said a = 0 and a != 0 for inertial and non -inertial frame. That's a mistake Ig.

      Inertial frame is which has ZERO acceleration.
      Non Inertial frame has non zero acceleration.
