Very poor customer service.They delay the box for a long time and finally you will be forced for a refund.Order from someplace else and not the big book box!

Don't order from the big book box. You won't get your box for months. Pathetic customer service and and top of that getting refund is difficult!My box is delayed by 2 months and I ordered it 4 months back. Look for some other subscription sites. Definitely not this one. #disappointedcusom#
