Brake Replacement

We have a scooter that won't turn on and when we open the key, only the headlight switch works and the other switches don't work, why?

those electric brakes are crazy prices, windings in them can burn out, rewinding them would be tricky job. Not much choice than to buy a new one.

what about replacing the brake on a 1997 amigo centra ?this ones a bit different.
