Next one is if we're using sugar paste which your using how can we slow down the hardning process if we're not finished and would like to continue a next day ?
Hi Victoria! Thank you for this compliments! So, I’ll answer you right now...if you want to use a normal fondant, I recommend you to add CMC, otherwise the shape doesn’t hold! If you use a modelling paste and don’t want the work to harden soon, just put it in a plastic bag, the same you use to freeze food! You shouldn’t have problems in this way! 😉

It doesn’t take long because, not having the legs, you don’t have to wait for their hardening before placing the body! If you have a lot of free time, in one day you can do it!
