Thank you for sharing your experience with the Roulis 18. I am thinking of requesting this bag in Gold as my first H from the boutique. If I get it, I’ll definitely be mindful of the strap rings - hearing that they could come unscrewed makes me weary but at least you were able to tighten it back to normal.
It will look great! I was shocked when that happened but now I am careful about it and everything is fine! ☺️

Hi , could u explain more about the strap hook got disconnected😮 I don’t really understand how it could be disconnected when the ring is twisted😅 im worrying about mine would happen the same thing. Thx in advance
Haha let me try my best. So it is not the loop but it is the part that attached to the leather. If you twist that part enough, you can actually detach it. I think mine just somehow got twisted. I wish I can just show you a photo 🤣
