why would u bruh?? the upper level of the 2nd one is sagging.... theres some leak n humidity effect with it... n u pay that n the landlord wont fix it? this was made to be a scripted thing not where u live kinda thing... besides the upper level is sooo bad its unstable for someone to walk up it...

In the UK, we usually pay 1 month’s deposit plus the month’s rent in advance only. The rent deposit is protected. Do Korean landlords give back the whole deposit when you leave?
Usually in Korea, the higher the deposit, the cheaper the rent (coz the owner then can get interest from the deposit money). So they use the interest from your deposit to subsides the rent.
