It's not for women security, it's exclusive tactics to earn crores of rupees from transport department businessmen. What have the government provided for drivers and owners? Only they are looting public in form of hsrp, yellow tapes,hike in taxes, hike in insurance, heavy fine on seat belts, helmets etc. And now panic button and gps. If government is so much concerned of women safety, provide commercial vehicles with free gps and panic buttons . If public agree to government new rules they will oftenly impose new rules again and again. So boycott panic button and gps. It seems that government is trying to exploit hard working class to leave their work and do illegal activities to cover government demands
